Terry K. Earnhardt was more than our CEO. He was our founder. He was the heart of IBCI. Through his decades of leadership, Terry built a company grounded in integrity, service, and people. His dedication to powering customer success and developing talent shaped everything IBCI stands for today.

Terry believed in doing the right thing, every time. He invested in building long-term partnerships, empowering employees, and delivering solutions that made a real difference for businesses across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.

Though he is no longer with us, Terry’s legacy lives on in every technician’s handshake, every solved service call, and every commitment we keep.
